(Health) St. Vincent's gets OK to build new hospital

A Florida appeals court has ruled in favor of St. Vincent's healthCare's bid to build a 98-bed hospital in Clay County, which is already home to Orange Park Medical Center. Some wonder if the county can financially support two hospitals. In other news, Florida Hospital moved 90 patients into its new facility in Ormond Beach.
